Was a really nice place to land while my dad was in UK hospital. Close to the hospital, restaurants, and the neighborhood felt really nice and safe.

This VRBO unit was clean on arrival. Entry into the back door was delayed due to the auto lock needed new batteries.Kitchen is functional for basic meal prep.It is pet friendly unless your pet is old & can't make it up stairs.The location is great for people who want to be close to downtown & the historic neighborhoods. Very, very walkable or bike-able.Suggestions: to save on energy- replacement of remaining old windows is suggested. And painting of some exteriors would freshen it up.

Lovely property. Just as advertised. We needed a place to stay during our moving process from Lexington. This home is warm, cozy, great tv channels and very comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and would stay again!
