Kathy's Place -Horse park, Keeneland Racing, Bourbon Tours, UK Sports, Rupp Arena

Kathy’s Place was a very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated home. The location of the home made for pleasant evening strolls, dog walks and easy access to many Lexington attractions. I cannot think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable! I would definitely rent Kathy’s Place again. Ps. I was renting during an extreme heat wave (mid 90’s) and the air conditioning kept the place cool and comfortable.

The property was centrally located and walking around was easy. Close to stores, food, restaurants. The dogs loved the fence yard as they run and run their little tails off. The gift basket left was so kind and generous. The candy in the basket was so good and the store was in walking distance from the house. It was my first vacation in a long time and I would go back again. Had the time of my life.

Fantastic Host! Very accommodating when my trip dates had to be changed last minute. The fenced off area in the backyard was perfect for my dog and the interior was homey and inviting!

Clean, comfortable and spacious, with a nice kitchen (stocked with snacks ), comfortable living room and bed, easy access, convenient location, and lots of info about the area from the host. Well worth the stay!

Kathy's Place provided us with a lovely three-night stay! It had everything we needed, was very pet-friendly, fully equipped kitchen, you name it. We really appreciated the proximity to downtown Lexington, and the little basket of snacks and drinks was a wonderful touch—it was very helpful to have a few extra things on hand to snack on after getting back from running a half marathon Sunday morning! My only little thing to comment on is that we were confused when we arrived as to which door to use to get in. This rental, the A side of the house, is the right door on the back side of the house but it wasn't labeled. Thankfully, the front of the house is labeled!
