Kathy's Place -Horse park, Keeneland Racing, Bourbon Tours, UK Sports, Rupp Arena

Clean, comfortable and spacious, with a nice kitchen (stocked with snacks ), comfortable living room and bed, easy access, convenient location, and lots of info about the area from the host. Well worth the stay!

Kathy's Place provided us with a lovely three-night stay! It had everything we needed, was very pet-friendly, fully equipped kitchen, you name it. We really appreciated the proximity to downtown Lexington, and the little basket of snacks and drinks was a wonderful touch—it was very helpful to have a few extra things on hand to snack on after getting back from running a half marathon Sunday morning! My only little thing to comment on is that we were confused when we arrived as to which door to use to get in. This rental, the A side of the house, is the right door on the back side of the house but it wasn't labeled. Thankfully, the front of the house is labeled!

Our stay was great

Cute updated duplex. Communication was good. Welcome basket and stocked KCups were a sweet touch and appreciated. However, it is a very old home and if someone is staying on the unit above it can be very loud and disturbing. The second bedroom has a door leading to outside which isn’t pictured and makes it feel less cozy especially if you have kids sleeping in that room. It worked for what we needed that weekend, but we’ll probably look elsewhere next time we visit the area.

Everything, the host was great, the place was very clean and provided all the basics we needed. We were close to just about everything in the area. I highly recommend it.
