The location was excellent and the place was very clean. The description was somewhat misleading in that it was advertised as one full and one half bath. There was no half bath and, when I asked about this, crickets. The toiletries were more motel 6 quality than typical VRBO. But it is well furnished, clean and well located so we would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we entered this property, we knew we had chosen the best place for us to stay while in Lex. Awaiting us was a great welcome basket and fresh water in the fridge. Kathy's Place is clean and so very comfortable. We felt secure and cared for as guests. Austen communicates well and answered each question we had. Other amenities included a basket of local information and some nice personal care products. I mean, they even had a fresh sponge for the dishes and pods for the dishwasher. Well done! We would stay no place else when in Lex.

This home is absolutely beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice. It’s wonderfully appointed with antiques, comfy sofa and beds. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Overall, so comfy and cozy. Nice parking in the back. Kitchen is well stocked and large. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

The house is a great price and a great location. Positive: The property was very convenient and well appointed. Negative: The write up in booking.com claims that you will have the property all to yourself and does not mention that it is a duplex. There is a permanent resident that you need to share parking with as well as a shared wall. Although this was not a major inconvenience it was a surprise based on information provided. The main bed had a very squeaky frame and was problematic for your partner when you get up at night.
